ZAVOD-CERT resolves complaints related to the decision on refusal to issue or withdrawal of certification.
Objections may refer to the procedures of ZAVOD-CERT, decisions in the certification process, the work of ZAVOD-CERT personnel, members of the assessor team, the assessment process including the decision on certification, and also to the misuse of the field and scope of certification.
ZAVOD-CERT will respond to all complaints and objections in accordance with the established procedure.
