Rules for the use of certification – ZAVOD CERTPers

A certified person has the right to use their certificate in a way that is acceptable to them, while respecting the following rules:

 

1. The certified person must act in accordance with the relevant certification scheme.

 

2. The use of the certificate must be only for activities related to the certification scope, in a manner that presents a true and accurate picture of the capability of the certified person.

 

3. The certificate can be used only in a way that does not jeopardize the reputation of the Certification Body.

 

4. Certified persons may be referenced in catalogs and prospectuses only with stating the full title for which the person is certified. It is mandatory to state the standard according to which the certification was issued.

 

5. The certified person may not make changes to the certificate or copies of the certificate.

 

6. ZAVOD-CERTPers is the sole owner of the certificate during its validity period.

 

7. In case of suspension or certification withdrawal, the responsibility of the certified person is to return the certificate issued by ZAVOD-CERTPers.

 

If ZAVOD-CERTPers is made aware according to objective evidence that the certified person uses the certification in a way that damages the reputation of the Institute and reduces its credibility, i.e. if the Rules for the use of certification have not been followed, they will revoke the certification.
