Suspension of certification – ZAVOD CERT

ZAVOD-CERT may decide to suspend a certification as a result of:

 

  • deviations from compliance with the requirements, which do not require the withdrawal of the certificate, but were not eliminated within the agreed deadline;
  • inadequate use of the certificate;
  • changes in the manufacturer’s organization that are put in force but ZAVOD-CERT was not notified about it or did not conduct the assessment.

ZAVOD-CERT must provide the manufacturer with a written notice of certification suspension, including the reasons for making such a decision and the conditions under which the manufacturer will be able to use the certification again. The manufacturer is required to inform their current clients about the situation.

 

ZAVOD-CERT will register the suspension of certification in the Register of Certified Manufacturers. The suspension ends only when ZAVOD-CERT verifies that compliance with the requirements has been reestablished. The manufacturer must be notified in written form about the end of suspension, and the new status must be recorded in the Register of Certified Manufacturers.

 

If the manufacturer does not eliminate the nonconformities within the specified deadline, the certification will be revoked.
