Renunciation of certification
The manufacturer can renunciate the certification for any reason and at any time by notifying ZAVOD-CERT in written form. After renunciation, the manufacturer must:

return the certificate to ZAVOD-CERT;

stop using copies of certificates;
-
remove from their documentation and printed material any reference to certification for EN ISO 3834.
ZAVOD-CERT will remove the manufacturer from the Register of Certified Manufacturers. If the manufacturer requests certification again, he must submit a new request.
Revocation of certification
ZAVOD-CERT CAN make a decision to revoke the certification as a result of:

significant deviations from compliance with requirements;

misuse of certificate;
-
changes in the manufacturer’s organization that are not acceptable to ZAVOD-CERT;
-
refusal to allow supervisory assessment or checks;
-
termination of activities that are certified.
The manufacturer must be notified in writing form about the revocation of certification together with the reasons for making such a decision. At the same time, the manufacturer is required to:

return the certificate to ZAVOD-CERT;
-
stop using copies of certificates;
-
remove from its documentation and printed material any reference to the revoked certification.
In the meantime, ZAVOD-CERT will remove the manufacturer from the Register of Certified Manufacturers. If the manufacturer decides to get the certification reissued, he must submit a new request.
